Emotional and mental problems can be very frightening and debilitating and remove the joy and happiness from our lives that we all deserve. Addictions which are psychological or habitual, such as smoking or eating can start from being annoying to taking over ones life. I have run my practice for 20+ years and am a member of the Brookhouse Hypnotherapy group. Apart from a wide range of Therapeutic interventions, Hypnotherapy, Life coaching, Careers advice, I offer relaxing Reflexology and Indian head massage and am a Medical Herbalist. You can choose to try one or a more holistic approach Eg. Anxiety`s physical symptoms may be helped by herbs and naturopathic support, but using therapeutic interventions, may also enable you to manage the root cause.
We could work together in facing trauma, (includes offering EMDR), help you to feel empowered, if are Neurodivergent (Autistic) or have low self-esteem or if feel stuck and need to find authentic meaning in life.
