I graduated with a Doctorate in Health (Psychotherapeutic Intervention and Mental Health) from the University of Bath. I am experienced in positive psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness as well as life coaching and counselling.
With over 10 years of experience in psychological and personal development, I apply integrative approaches to support every client’s needs and situations.
I work with a wide range of people, each with their own specific issues and struggles. These include emotional and psychological concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, pain, phobias, negative thoughts, low self-esteem, confidence and personal development. I always adhere to a strong code of ethics with my client’s best interests and welfare at heart.
My greatest desire is to support people to flourish, be healthy, happy and successful in what they aim for. I will always do my best to support you to overcome your issues, lift the weight of negative emotions as well as to bring about the positive changes you desire, to take back control of your life, build up resilience and be mentally healthy.
