I’m Denise Palmer, a dedicated Clinical Hypnotherapist with Psychotherapeutic training and a passion for empowering individuals to overcome their challenges and achieve their fullest potential. As a certified CNHC & NSTT clinical Hypnotherapist and trainee member of UKCP; and client centred therapist we will work together to create a tailored treatment plan for you. This means I am able to specialise in helping clients build self-confidence, improve self-esteem, manage anxiety, combat depression, and regain a sense of balance and well-being in their lives.
