I offer talking therapy with the option to integrate  hypnotherapy for a range of issues, with my area of interest being adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, PMDD or other menstrual disorders. I myself am Autistic and value the importance of lived experience in offering therapy to Autistic people, being trained in neurodivergence cannot replace being able to connect to someone who’s brain understands how yours works, which is what I aim to offer my clients.

With over 12 years of experience in hypnosis and talk therapy, Richard has won numerous local accolades for outstanding service. Staying current with the latest advancements in neuroscience as they pertain to therapy,Richard integrates a diverse range of techniques, including psychotherapy, clinical and Eriksonian hypnosis, NLP, and Mindfulness. Dedicated to helping clients define and achieve their personal progression. With additional qualifications in International Business and Fitness Richard employs a holistic approach to mental health and well-being.

I started my career as a qualified yoga teacher and registered osteopath. After graduating, I carried on improving my skills by attending postgraduate training in the field of cranial osteopathy and medical acupuncture. More recently, I gained a Practitioner Level Diploma as a Sound Therapist as I wanted to be able to use this transformative therapy for some projects I am working on. In the same frame of mind, I obtained a diploma in hypnotherapy to help individuals transform their lives and achieve their goals. I am currently studying at the National College of Hypno-Psychotherapy (NCHP) in London as I am drawn to deepen my understanding and knowledge of psychotherapy to further support my clients in their journey.
